Maranta Erythroneura [Ready Mid August]

Maranta leuconeura var. erythroneura is a clump-forming evergreen perennial with intricately patterned leaves from the Marantaceae family. It is also known commonly by the names Herringbone plant, Prayer plant, Maranta leuconeura 'Tricolor' and Maranta leuconeura 'Fascinator', amongst others. It will usually grow to around 30cm in height and spread, this natural variant originates from the tropical rainforest floor of Southern America. It is commonly grown as a house plant for its attractively coloured and patterned foliage.
