Delivery time-frames are provided as a guide only. Your exact delivery time will be communicated to you by the team at Howard Farm Lifestyle. You are entitled to a refund of undelivered products if agreements as to delivery that is communicated in written correspondence such as emails are not met. We cannot take responsibility for the mishandling of Australia Post items. We understand they are a business who also get busy at peak times during the year. All items are sent express. If you provide your email at the checkout stage, you WILL receive a tracking notification.
