Hoyas are terrific plants for indoors or shaded spots outside. They are commonly called "wax plants" due to their bouquet-like flowers that look as though they've been carved out of wax. "Krimson Queen" is a variegated form of this popular plant with leaves that are predominantly green with variegation on the outer edge. New leaves often carry a pale pink tinge.
